Arrest in Death of Farmer in Reported Argument
Bay Minette, Ala., Aug 29. (U.P.) - The arrest of a father and son was expected by Sheriff M. H. Wilkins today in connection with the fatal shouting of Robert Foster, 50, allegedly killed in an argument between two farm families over a crop. Clarence Presley, of Lottie, Ala, was arrested soon after the shooting yesterday. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Tom and Fus Preslely, father and brother, respectively, of Clarence.
