Alvin David Magnuson

GULF SHORES, Ala. — Funeral services for Alvin David Magnuson, 70, of Gulf Shores were held Oct. 17 from the chapet of Bayview Funeral Home with the Rev. Rueben Grimes and the Rev. Joe Fulford officiating. Burial was in Pine Rest Memorial Park Cemetery. A native of Kansas, Magnuson was a retired fisherman. He had resided in Gulf Shores for several years. He died Dec. 15. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Paul Lauban, Graves, Texas, and Mrs. Wayne Morgan. Rockport, Texas; one brother, Samuel Magnuson, Gautier. Miss.; two sisters. Mrs B A Wilcox, Gulf Shores, and Mrs. H F. Themes. Foley; and six grandchildren. Bayview Funeral Home of Foley was in charge of funeral arrangements.
