CORNELIUS SYLVESTER PEACOCK

BAY MINETTE/Ala. — Funeral services for Mr. Cornelius Sylvester Peacock were held March 15 [1986]from the First Methodist Church with the Revs. Ed Henne, Otha Gordon and D. K. Christenberry officiating. Burial followed in the Bay Minette Cemetery. Peacock was dead on arrival at North Baldwin Hospital on March 12 [1986]. He was 79. Peacock was a pipefitter with Newport Industries and a native of Escambia County. He is survived by his wife, Ruby (Waters) Peacock, Bay Minette, two daughters, Doris Smith, Kodak, Tenn., and Janice Nix, Daphne; four brothers, A. J. Peacock, Bav Minette, James F. Peacock, Atmore, T. J. Peacock, Century, Fla., and Leroy Peacock; five sisters, Lena Taylor, Century, Fla., Pearl Peters and Gladys Lyons, botn ot Bayou La Batre, Myrtle Silcox, Irvington, and Alberta Cravey, Atmore; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were handled bv Norris Funeral Home of Bay Minette.
