Elizabeth L Adams

GULF SHORES - Elizabeth Louise Adams of Gulf Shores died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2000, at her residence. She was 72. The Chicago native was a member of Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, where she served on the Altar Guild. She was also a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs Emerald Coast Chapter, PEO-Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay and PEO-Chapter NK of Galesburg, Ill. Mrs. Adams graduated from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Ill., in 1950. Survivors include a daughter, Mary E. Koval of Gulf Shores; and a son, Tom Adams of Gulf Shores.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church of Gulf Shores. Burial will be in David's Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio, at a later date. The family suggests memorial donations be made to Holy Spirit Episcopal Church or Cottey College. Bayview Funeral Home of Foley is handling arrangements.
