Marshall Elmore Bryars

BAY MINETTE, Ala. — Funeral services for Marshall Elmore Bryars, 58, of Bay Minette were held Dec. 12 from the Evangel Temple Church with the Rev. Charlie Fretwell officiating. Burial was in Bryars Cemetery, Perdido, Ala. Bryars died Dec. 10 at a local hospital. He was employed by the State Highway Dept. and was a native of Baldwin County. Survivors include his wife, Lillie Mae Bryars, Bay Minette, one daughter, Vinnie Hadley, Bay Minette one son, Verlone Bryars, Bay Minette; his mother, Jannie Bartley, Bay Minette, three brothers, Edward Bryars, Eddie Bryars and Elgie Bryars, all of Bay Minette, four sisters, Aline Kellhouse, Zuline Hobbs, Beatrice Johnson and Nore Whatley, all of Bay Minette, and five grandchildren. Johnson-Quimby-Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette, was in charge of arrangements.
