Survivors include her children, Alexandria Brook Chandler age 12 and Clinton Cain Chandler II age 10. Survived by her mother Connie Pendergrass of Guntersville AL and David Keith Lane of California.

Cleo Barksdale Lindsey, 92, of Crossville, died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at Marshall Medical Center South. Services will be today, Tuesday, May 6, at 2 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Chapel with the Revs. Chris Andrews and Chris Guinn officiating. Burial will follow at Skirum Cemetery. Survivors include her children, Denny (Jane) Lindsey and Roger (Martha) Lindsey, both of Crossville, Donna Andrews, of Geraldine, Debbie Lindsey, of New Orleans, and Bill Kistler and Dewana Lindsey, of Hampton Cove; half-brother, J.B. Obit: Cicero Windsor, 74, of 206 Turner Ave., was found dead in his bed Thursday morning. He made his home by himself and had passed away sometime during the night. A life long resident of DeKalb County, he had lived in Fort Payne only the past three years.
He is survived by two sons, Loyd and Grady Windsor, both of New Hope, Ala., one brother, John Henry Windsor, Fort Payne; two half-brothers; Marcus Windsor, Attalla, and Herman Windosr, Hartsville, Ala.; one half-sister, Miss Zona Windsor, Pennsylvania.
Funeral services were held at the Church of God Saturday morning at eleven o'clock with the Rev. Mr. Sims and Rev. Mr. Davis officiating. Burial was in Duck Springs Cemetery with Wilson Funeral Home in charge.

She is survived by 5 daughters, Mrs. Henry Oliver; Mrs. Pearl Whaley; Mrs. Zona Pruitt all of Collinsville; Mrs. William Roden, Fort Payne; Mrs. John Barksdale, Crossville; 3 sons, O.J.Brackett, Keener; Marcus Windsor, Holly Pond; Herman Windsor, Summerville, Ala; 1 brother, W. J. Brewster, of Brewton, Texas.
Funeral services were held at Mt. Vernon, Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with the Rev. D.S. White officiating, Bartlett-Collins in charge.
