Thrown From Vehicle

J.J. Johnson of Geneva Injured in Runaway Accident.

Geneva, Jan. 27--(Special.)--A few days ago J. J. Johnson, a merchant, was seriously injured in a runaway accident. Mr. Johnson was alone, and was driving from his plantation a few miles in the country, and it is supposed that his horse became frightened near the bridge between this place and Eunola. The horse was seen running, and in a few minutes Mr. Johnson was picked up by some passing drummers, and brought to his residence in Geneva in an unconscious condition. At first it was thought that his wounds were dangerous, if not fatal, but at this time he is resting well, and it turns ou that no bones are broken.
