HARLAN SCHOOL In North Florence it was constructed at the same time as the Weeden School. It was named for Sam C. Harlan, member of the Board of Education from 1921 - 1929. Harlan was one of the executives of the FLorence Wagon Works in East Florence. Excerpt of "A Walk Through The Past"
