How to Make Sardine Salad
For a sardine salad remove the bone and
skin from some fine, large sardines. Mince the sardines and
add to them a little minced onion, chopped parsley and some
chopped olives. The proportions are by no means fixed, but may be varied to suit the taste
or the supplies on hand. Serve on leaves of lettuce with
