How to Make Sardine Salad

For a sardine salad remove the bone and skin from some fine, large sardines. Mince the sardines and add to them a little minced onion, chopped parsley and some chopped olives. The proportions are by no means fixed, but may be varied to suit the taste or the supplies on hand.
