Dona Kaye Stroud Estes, 51, of Salem, died June 5 in Little Rock. She was born Nov. 16, 1953, in Salem to Glen and Rebecca Belle Woody Stroud. She was an insurance agent for State Farm Insurance and was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her father, Glen Stroud.
Survivors include her life partner and friend, Tom Marshall of McRae; two sons, Robert Keith Pitts and his wife, Tabitha Sue, of Beebe, and Michael Glenn Pitts of Austin, TX; her mother, Reb-ecca Stroud of Mountain Home; a brother, Roger Stroud and his wife, Charlotte, of Mountain Home; a sister, Glenda Patterson and her husband, Pat, of DeWitt; a granddaughter, Lindsey Raye Pitts of Beebe; and many other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers were Kenny Craw-ford, Heath Everett, Kevin Pender-grass, Jimmy Mills, Tim Trivitt and Chris Jones. Honorary pallbearers were Gaye Stroud, Frankie Foley, Micky Southard, Marsha Lewis, Sue Ellen Dimassimo and Dyann Everett.
Funeral services were held June 8 at Barker Funeral Home Chapel in Salem with Ken Burton officiating. Interment was in Burks Chapel Cemetery in Camp under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem.
