Notice is hereby given that the following settlemetns have been filed in the Southern District of Arkansas County Chancery Court (Probate Division) to stand for confirmation at the next term of court:

Dorothes Hesser, Administratrix of the Estate of Chas. C. Hesser, deceased. First Settlement.
Sam B. Dudley, Administrator of Estate of Wm. D. Norris, deceased. First Settlement.
Mrs. Lucy Gray, Guardian, Thelma June Gray, Minor. Final Settlement.

All persons interested in the settlements of said estates are hereby notified to come forward and file their exceptions to said settlements, if any they have, on or before the 23rd day of March 1942, or be forever barred from exceptions to said settlements or to any item thereof.
