YAKIMA, WASH–PHALLIS “BO” S. CABLE, 56, of Yakima died Tuesday at Providence Yakima Medical Center.
Mr. Cable was born in Clay County, Ark., and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and currently was in the National Guard Reserves. He worked in the mobilization and training equipment sites in Yakima as a civilian at the Yakima Firing Center.
Survivors include a son, Mitchell Cable of Bellingham, Wash.; three brothers; and three sisters.
Services will be Saturday in Paragould, Ark. Burial will be in the Green County Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Paragould. Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home, Yakima, is in charge of arrangements.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO--EMIL CLARK, 86, died Nov. 24, 1997, at his home in Colorado Springs. He was a livestock auction and ranch dealer.
Mr. Clark was born Jan. 11, 1911, in Clay County, Ark. He was married April 13, 1968, to LaRona Vasseur.
He is survived by his wife, LaRona; a son, Robert W.; a sister, Nettie Oyler; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Swan Law Cascade Chapel. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Ave.

CORNING, ARK--VERA ADDIE CLEMENT, 88, of Corning, died Friday, March 22, 1996, at her residence.
Mrs. Clement was born on May 16, 1907 in Datto, Ark.  She married Earl P. Clement on Feb 6, 1926 in Datto.  He preceded her in death on Dec. 14, 1992.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Stone at Grave Church of Christ in Reyno, Ark.
Survivors include two sons, Sterling Clement of Kelso,Wash., and Leon Clement of Glasgow, Ky; five daughters, Augustine Mofield of Slidell, La., Valgena Luter of Reyno, Imogene Mabery of Pleasure Ridge, Ky., Betty Baltz of Pocahontas, Ark., and Joyce Sahrmann of High Ridge, Mo.; one sister, Tix Arnold of Corning; 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning.  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel.  Burial was in Nelson Cemetery in Reyno, Ark.  --Prospect News, Doniphan, Mo., March 27, 1996.

RECTOR -- FAY QUENTON COPELAND, 93, of Rector died Monday, Dec. 30, (2002) at St. Joseph Hospital in Tawas, Mich.
Born in Clay County, he was a farmer, a lifelong resident of Rector and was of the Baptist belief.
Survivors include one son, Gaylon Copeland of Glennie, Mich.; one daughter, Nina Miller of St. Louis; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beauton Kitchen Copeland; his parents, Quenton Copeland and Lucy Smith Copeland; three brothers; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Irby Funeral Home chapel in Rector, with Steve Oliver officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Heights Cemetery at Rector.
Pallbearers will be David Copeland, Michael Copeland, Gaylon Copeland Jr., Bill Copeland, Quenton Copeland and Harry Snyder.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Marble Hill, MO.--JAMES COUNTS, 73, of Piedmont, MO, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. He was born March 23, 1933 in Success, AR, son of Elda and Thelma Powell Counts. Counts had been a boiler-maker at power plants. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Piedmont. He served in the U. S. Marine Corps. Survivors include a daughter, Cindy Winingar of Piedmont; two brothers, Von Counts of Marble Hill, Alfred Counts of St. Louis; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A son preceded him in death. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to service time Sunday at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill. The memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. Michael Kelpe officiating.
