Monticello, March 4--Arkansas will be represented well at the reunion of Confederate Veterans at Memphis, June 8th, 9th and 10th, if the efforts of General W. A. Brown in command of the Second Brigade Arkansas Division U.C.V. are successful.  He is sending out letters to commanders urging the attendance of the veterans, possible from the Bear State and getting names of all those who will go in uniform.  (Source:  The Daily Soliphone, March 4, 1909; contributed by Tina Easley.)
