CLINTON, ARK--
BILLY RAY CONNER,
60, of Clinton, Ark., formerly of Tampa, died Friday. A native of
Bryson, Texas, he retired from the International Association of Bridge,
Structural & Ornamental Iron Workers.
He is survived by three daughters, Sherry, Michelle and Neeka of Tampa; a brother, Jerry of Houston; and two grandchildren.

FRANCES
S. COSSEY, 88, died Sept. 21 at Americare-Rittman Care
Center after a lengthy illness. Born in
Van Buren
County, Ark., Mrs. Cossey resided in Kenmore for nine years,
previously residing in California.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Woodrow V. and Ida of
Vista, Calif.; daughter and son-in-law, Geneva and Ford Hovis of
Wadsworth; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, James
Speights of Benton, Ark., Ernest Speights of Hensley, Ark.; several
nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son, James H.; two
sisters; and one brother.
Services will be held Monday, 1 p.m., at Hilliard Cox Mullaney Funeral
Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth, where friends may call one hour
prior to services, Rev. Michael M. Hayes officiating. Interment at
