DEL CITY, OK–TONY PRICE EMERSON, 80, Del City, died Sat., Dec. 2, 1989. He was born Oct. 13, 1909 in Clinton, AR.
He was a member, deacon, and Sunday school teacher at First Southern Baptist Church of Del City. He retired from Tinker AFB.
He married Josephine Holloway Feb. 14, 1934 in Ada, OK.
Survived by his wife, Josephine of the home; a son, Tommy of Houston; 2 sisters, Mattie Lassiter of Calvin, OK and Alma Lebetter of Clinton, AR; a brother, D. V. Emerson, Holdenville, OK; 2 grandchildren, Ann McVaney and Neal Emerson, both of Houston; 3 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Services 10am Tues. Bill Eisenhour SE Chapel, graveside services 2:30 pm at Gerty Cemetery.
