At Michigan Bluff, January 21, 1877, O. Bunker, aged 43 years.

At Alta, January 20, 1877, Olly E., only child of John S. and Mary J. Fowler, aged 2 months and 18 days.

At Sacramento, January 21, 1877, Tabitha Hathorn, wife of J. W. Avery, a native of Maine, aged 66 years, three months, and 25 days.

At Auburn, January 24, 1877, William, youngest son of Mrs. Mary Mullen, aged 6 years and 4 months.

At the County Hospital, January 21, 1877, Richard F. Warrick, aged 54 years, a native of New Jersey.

Near Penryn, January 24, James Gregory, a native of Ireland, aged 63 years.

At Roseville, May 31st, Dr. N. C. Taylor, aged about 55 years.

At Dutch Flat, June 3rd, Christopher Tuckis, aged 39 years, a native of Fohrschlosswig, Germany. Clinton, Iowa, papers please copy.

At Dutch Flat, Sept, 27th, Mary Eva Coffin, aged 13 years and 3 months.

At the County Hospital, Oct. 4th, Crist. Showalter, a native of Pennsylvania, aged 42 years.

Also, Oct. 3d, Steven Butler, a native of New York, aged 56 years.

Also, Oct. 1st, August Brown, a native of Kentucky, aged 66 years.

At Blue Canon, Oct. 4th, Grace Laws, second child of Robert J. Laws, aged 8 months and 26 days.

At the County Hospital, Oct. 7th, Donald McLeod, a native of Scotland, aged 77 years.

At Peckham’s Ranch, Washoe County, Nev., Oct. 28th, Elmer S., son of George E. and Emma F. Peckham, aged 11 months and 19 days. (Mrs. Peckham nee Sheppard was for several years a resident of Colfax in this county.)

At Marysville, Ohio, Oct. 31st, James Kinkade, aged 56 years, only brother of J. T. Kinkade, Esq. of Auburn.

At Iowa Hill, Oct. 31st, A. H. Heskett, aged 52 years, 3 months, and 27 days. (Ohio and Illinois papers please copy.)

At Alta, Oct. 31st, Hessie A., only child of Warren H. and Fannie R. Fowler, aged 1 year, 3 months, and 7 days.

At Sacramento, Nov. 1st, Laura, daughter of Mr. Daniel Click of Lincoln, aged about ten years. Also, at Lincoln on the same date, the two-year old son of the same gentleman.

Near Ophir, Nov. 11th, the infant son of James S. Davis and wife, aged 2 weeks.

In Rocklin, Nov. 7th, of membranous croup, Frankie L., son of W. H. and Amine Comstock, aged 5 years and 13 days.

At the same place, Dec. 16th, John Wilson, aged about 35 years.

At Dutch Flat, Dec. 14th, of pneumonia after eight days’ illness, Mrs. Annis Towle, mother of Allen and E. W. Towle, aged 70 years and 2 weeks.

At the County Hospital, Dec. 21st, William Timmons, a native of North Carolina, aged 58 years.

At Gold Run, Dec. 22d, Lucy Eveline, infant daughter of Eugene J. and Ellen Fifield.

At Sheridan, Dec. 20th, Mary Ellen, wife of W. H. Long and daughter of J. R. Myers of Sacramento, aged 21 years. – “Thou art gone to the grave; It were wrong to deplore thee, For God is thy ransom, thy guardian and guide; He gave thee, He took thee, And soon will restore thee, Where death hath no sting, since our Savior hath died.”

At Lincoln, on Christmas Day, Arnold Custer Denton, a native of Kentucky, aged 73 years.

At Lincoln, Dec. 23d, after three days’ illness, Col. George Cullum, a native of Ohio, aged 74 years, 10 months, and 4 days. (Cincinnati and Dayton papers please copy.)
