| Divorce Notices can be a way to
track life events of your ancestor. There are several
types of notices. A notice may be posted for a initial
filing or intermediate decision. These maybe called "Interlocutories".
"Decrees" are final granting of Divorce. "Annulments"
are nullifying a marriage as if it never occurred. Must
meet strict requirements. The notices are arranged by
year, then alphabetically. The name listed first usually
is the petitioner. |
