soup stock, and strain clear. Make noodles with one beaten eggs, add
seasoning of salt and pepper and grate of nutmeg. Work on floured
board until smooth. Cut a small portion and roll thin as a wager.
Cut in fancy shapes and cook in the boiling stock for forty minutes.
Serve Hot.
