SIX BURNED TO DEATH IN CABIN
Walden, Colo., Aug. 3-Six persons were burned to death when fire
destroyed a cabin at Rand, Colo., 25 miles south of here, Coroner
M.A. Durham reported today.
Coroner Durham said origin of the fire, which broke out
early Monday while the occupants of the cabin slept, was unknown.
The dead are: Mrs. Colleen Briggs, both about 26(sic);
Logan Boltz, 45; Colleen Briggs, 3; and two younger Briggs children,
aged 2 years and seven months respectively.
