Mrs. Anna McConnell Mrs. Anna McConnell, aged 53, one of the best known women in Clayton county, died at her home in Salina on Monday night at 11:30 o’clock. She is survived by four children, two sons and two daughters. Mrs. McConnell was a member of one of the oldest families in that section of the state. The funeral arrangements have not been made owing to the fact that one son is in Chicago and the other in New York. Hancock died at her home at Riverdale, Ga., following by just a few days her husband, who died several days ago. She is survived by one son, B. F Hancock, and two daughters, Mrs. Henrietta Creel, of College Park, and Mrs. E. E. Wallace. The funeral of Mrs. Hancock was held at Popular Springs Monday morning at 11 o’clock.
