All of lot of land No. 418 in the 12th district of Clinch county, Ga... containing 490 acres more or less, levied on and to be sold as the property of Arthur D. Sigman to satisfy a tax execution issued by the Tax Collector of said county due by said A. D. Sigman, defendant in fifa, for state, county and school taxes due for for the year 1927. Notice given K. B. Nixon, holder of security deed.
Also at the same time and place will be sold the following described property, to-wit: 440 acres more or less of lot of land 284 in the 12th district of said county, being all of said lot except fifty acres owned by  W. J. Barlow; levied on and to be sold as property of J. L. Lodge under a tax fifa issued against said J.Lodge by the Tax Collector of said county for state, county and school taxes due for the year 1927. Notice given L. L. Robinson in possession.
