Atlanta, Ga., Nov. 12.~ Because he does not know how old he is Blaine Henry, a mountaineer, residing in Fannin county, will have to serve 60 days in the Fulton county jail. Henry was tried in the United States court here on a charge of violating the selective service law by failing to register for the draft in September, 1918. He told the court he thought he was more than 45 years of age at the time, but the assistant district attorney contended that he was under that age and should have registered.

But does this make it clear that the man was under 45 years of age at the time he should have registered if he were under 45 years of age?
