The late Mrs. Ally Sniper resided so Iong in
Hart county, Ga. that when she died at the advanced age of 104
years, tbe local papers spoke of her in the familiar terms of

Man Beaten to Death in
Greenville Identified as Georgian Greenville. S. C. Jan.
6.—The body of the man beaten almost to death on the night of December
21 was positively Identified here tonight as that of Wesley Russell, by his borther R. L.
Russell of Hart county.Ga. Russell died from the effects of his wounds
on Christmas Eve and his body has been held for Identification. He will
