Laurens County Obituaries The remains of Mrs. R. C. JOINER, who died
last Saturday in Eastman, were interred in the Dublin Cemetery last
Monday.
Mr. J. W. KEA 's baby died last Friday.
Mr. Thomas WILLIAMS baby died last Saturday.
Little Tommy, one of Mr. T. H. ROWE 's twins
babies, died last Wednesday.
Died- Mrs. Zenas FORDHAM, of this county on
22nd inst.
Died- A little child of Wm. FORDHAM on 20th
inst.
Died- A child of John BYRUM on the 17th inst.
The body of George PARKS, the colored ferryman who was drowned on the 19th inst. was found lodged on some willow brush last Sunday evening about half a mile above the Dublin Ferry. Dublin Post, Wed. April 30, 1879 [Submitted by: C. Horton]

Died at her home in Laurens County, GA., on the 19th inst. Mrs. Elizabeth Ann SWINSON, in the 44th year of her age. She leaves a husband and 10 children to mourn her death. Dublin Post, Wed. April 30, 1879 [Submitted by: C. Horton]
Departed this life on 22nd of April 1879, Mrs.
Rachael Susan Mc LENDON, const. of Bro. John A Mc LENDON, at the
homestead in Laurens County, GA. in the 32nd year of her age. She
leaves a husband, her aged mother, her tender children, youngest an
infant and her sister.
Died on the 6th inst. Mattie HIGHTOWER, little
dau. of Mr. Frank HIGHTOWER.
Susie GRAHAM, eldest dau. of Mr. John M.
GRAHAM, died on the morning of the 5th inst.
Mr. Jns. BOOTH died of fever at his resd. two
miles above Dublin last Saturday morning.
