Helen Chapman

Helen Chapman, 72, of Tampa died Friday. 

A native of Chatsworth, Ga., she moved to Tampa in 1964 from Cincinnati. 

She was a homemaker and a member of Incarnation Catholic Church. 

She is survived by her husband, James E.; four sisters, Elizabeth Black and Hazel Groves, both of Dalton, Ga., Ruth Pallazola of Port Richey, Rachel Greene of Tampa; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
