Grace P. Downs, 91, of Safety Harbor, died Monday (May 21, 2001) Integrated Health Services of Florida at Clearwater. 

She came here in 1926 from her native Chatsworth, Ga. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was an avid gardener. 

Survivors include two sons, Donald L., Oldsmar, Douglas C., Safety Harbor; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
