Kenneth H. "Kenny" Graves, age 84, of Maryville, TN passed away Friday, August 18, 2006 at Ft. Sander's Regional Medical Center. 

He was the owner and operator of the K and S Market and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served during World War II. 

Preceded in death by parents, Sam Houston and Batis Bivens Graves; brother, Lee R. Graves. He is survived by wife of 46 years, Shirley Shanks Graves; sons, Wayne Graves of Chatsworth, Georgia, Sam Graves Sr. and Jim Graves both of Maryville; grandchildren, Pam Puryear, Sam Graves Jr., Michael Graves, Krystle Graves; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Kirsten, Chandler, Paisley, and Lincoln; sisters, Ruby, Linda, Wanda, Joyce, Carol and Addie; many nieces nephews and friends.

 Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, August 19, 2006 at Miller Funeral Home, Cedar Chapel, Rev. Rick Smelcer officiating. 

Family and friends will meet at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel for the Entombment service. 

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
