Justin Derek Head

Justin Derek Head, age 15 of Seymour, Tennessee, a student at Seymour High School, passed away Friday, April 29, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. in the Baptist Hospital in Knoxville. 

He was preceded in death by: his grandmother, Laura Head Beavers. 

Survivors include: his parents, Jacky Head of Chatsworth, GA, and Cindy Helton of Seymour, Tennessee, step father, Shawn DePriest of Seymour, Tennessee, a brother, Eric Head of Seymour, Tennessee, a sister, Rachel Morgan of Seymour, Tennessee, grandparents, Tommy and Liz Davidson of Helen, Georgia, grandmother and step grandfather, Joyce and Giles Davis of Dalton, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. 

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Campbell and the Rev. Ted Jones officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Free Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday after 5:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday. Peeples Funeral Home and Crematory of Chatsworth is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
