Claude L. Walker

Claude L. Walker, 95, Bradenton, died June 25, 2003.

She was born Jan. 21, 1908, in Chatsworth, Ga., and came to this area in 1931 from there. She was a homemaker, a former member of Junior Womens Club and Manatee Chapter Order of Eastern Star. She was a member of Manatee United Methodist.

Survivors include a son, Dozier Kirk of Bradenton; a brother Dozier B. Hilliard of Bradenton; and six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Manatee United Methodist in Bradenton. The family will welcome friends one hour before the service starts. Burial will be private in Manasota Memorial Park. Ellenton Funeral Home, is in charge.
