Towns, Hamlets and Villages Graves Station, a village of Terrell county, is on Central of Georgia railroad about five miles west of Dawson. It has a money order post office, an express office, school, churches, good business houses and does considerable shipping. The population in 1900 was 87. Transcribed by Marilyn Clore) Herod, a town of Terrell county, was incorporated Nov. 15, 1901. It is located about five miles southwest of Dawson, which is the most convenient railroad station, and in 1900 reported a population of 47.
