THORNTON-FINDLEY
Miss Myrtle Thornton of Waycross,
Ga., and Mr. S. D. Findley of Homerville, Ga., were married Saturday,
December 25th, 1937 at the First Baptist Church in Greenville, Miss.
The Pastor Rev. Smith performed the
ceremony. They will make their home in Greenville, Miss.
Mr. Findley is the younger son of Mr.
and Mrs. S. A. Findley of Homerville and many friends
will be
interested in the above announcement and wish them many years of
happiness.

NICHOLLS-MOORE

Monday night at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. J. C. Nicholls,
Miss Neta Nicholls and William J. Moore,
of Waycross, were quietly married, the Rev. R. A. Brown, of the
Waycross Presbyterian church, officiating.
Mr. and Mrs. Moore will make their home at present at Owens Ferry,
after a visit to Mrs. Nicholls.

Announcement was made Wednesday of the marriage on December 3 of Miss
Helen Balser and A. J. Hall, the Rev. Arthur H. Robinson,
of Deerwood Methodist church, performing the ceremony.
The young couple kept their marriage a secret for several days.
The bride is the attractive daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Balser, of
Waycross.
They will reside in Waycross.

A quiet wedding was that of Tuesday evening when Miss Lois Clark and R.
R. Terrell were married at the
First Methodist parsonage at Waycross, Rev. J. H. Scruggs performing
the ceremony.
The bride wore a traveling suit of green broadcloth.
She is the attractive daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. K. Clark, who
recently moved to Waycross from Cairo.
Mr. Terrell has a responsible position in Jacksonville. Mr. and Mrs.
Terrell have a large circle of friends through the state
and in Florida who will be interested in the announcement of their
marriage.

Princeton, Illinois, were married Wednesday evening in Waycross,
Rev. L. S. Buseing, pastor of the Christian church, performing the
ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Skinner will make their home in New York.
