TWO LITTLE GIRLS DIE IN FLAMES IN IDAHO HOMES
     Preston, Idaho, Nov. 4-Betty Jensen, 5, and Zella Jensen, 10, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Jensen of Dayton, near here, died in a hospital here tonight of burns received earlier in the evening when they were trapped in the flaming kitchen in their home.
     The girls were alone and are believed to have attempted to kindle a fire in the kitchen stove with kerosene. Two neighbors, Reuben Archibald and William Shepherd, heard an explosion which shattered windows in the house and rushed to the girls' assistance.

PLANE CRASH
Preston, Idaho, Sept. 29- Two Idaho young men were killed late today when the monoplane in which they were riding crashed near the airport three miles northwest of Preston. They were Garth Woodward, 22, the pilot, and Boyd Adamson, 23, both of Franklin, Idaho.

CHILD IS DROWNED
Preston, Idaho, Aug. 15- Jean Peterborg, ten years old, of Glendale, drowned while swimming in a reservoir near here. Her sister, Marlyn, eight, and thirteen year old Rulon Owen, who sought to rescue her, were pulled unconscious from the water but were revived.

Word has just been received that Mrs. Mable Golightly passed away at her home at Preston, Idaho. She is the sister of earl Chatterton of Soda. Sympathy is extended to Mr. Chatterton and family.

FUNERAL RITES FOR FORMER RESIDENT
     Funeral services were held yesterday, July 12, in the L.D.S. Third ward Chapel at Preston, Idaho, for Mrs. Zelnora Stevens Henderson, 65, who died Monday at the family home.
     Mrs. Henderson was a former resident of Soda Springs, leaving here about thirty years ago for Preston, where she has resided since that time. Many of the old timers of Soda will remember her and mourn her passing away.
     Besides her husband, William A. Henderson, she is survived by four daughters, Mrs. C.W. Cutler, Rexburg; Mrs. W.K. Moore, Dora and Zelnora Henderson, Preston and three grandchildren.
