Notes from Enumerator: Their has been no Particular Malady No Piculiar Disease No accidents Covering Bra?? in the last year in my Enumeration District Their is
no other Practicing Physician in this Enumeration District other than my self and it is in impossible to get the signature of the attending Physicians
with out _______ and Trouble and as I have been in Council in a Majority of the Cases I believe the Diseases Canc__ Death as stated above to be correct
