The will of the late Samuel N. Giddings, of Clayton, was admitted to
probate to-day. It leaves $25 to his daughter,
Susanna Rice, and $1 to his son, Wm. P. Giddings. The furniture and
personal property goes to Perry Giddings,
who also gets one third of the remainder of the estate. A third goes to
the children of Laura McCash,
and the other third to Mary Carpenter, a daughter.

WILL OF S. N. GIDDINGS
The will of the late S. N. Giddings, of Clayton, who died Sept. 2, was
probated yesterday.
He gives $25 to his daughter Susan E. Rice, and $1 to his son Perry, one
third to the
children of his daughter Laura M. Cash, and one third to his daughter
Mary E. Carpenter.
G. W. Montgomery is named as executor. The will was made July 24 last,
and was witnessed by I. L. Teachenor and J. C. Booth.
