THEBES BRIDGE POSTCARD

Provided by Guy Gammon, age 93 of LaVerne, CA, a 1934 Thebes graduate.

Submitted by Tess D. Ford, daughter of Celestia Sowders, another 1934 graduate.

This is a postcard of the Thebes railroad bridge that was mailed May 25, 1910 from Guy Gammon's mother, Nora to her grandfather, J. M. Campbell, Crab Orchard, Illinois R.F.D.#1.  The postage was one cent.  The card says, "Hello, grandpa.  How are you?  We are all o.k.  Tell Ruth hello for me.  Say, when are you coming?  Be sure and come before long.  Nora"
