Class of 1907 Reunion June 1938
Lanark High School, Lanark, Illinois
The class of 1907 of Lanark High School held its first reunion at Lowell Park, Dixon, on
Sunday. Eight members were present. The others members were unable to attend.
Earl Lego was elected President and Mrs. Millie Rahn, Vice President. It was decided to
meet annually. Those attending from Lanark were: Mr. and Mrs. John A. Shaner, Mr. and
Mrs. S.W. (Jennie Closs) Klone, Mr. and Mrs. H. B. (Mildred Miller) Rahn, Mr. and Mrs.
Virgil (Ada Wilson) Royer, daughter Miriam, and Mr. and Mrs. Louis (Mable Boyd)
Sprecher and son. Others present were: Mr. and Mrs. Harry (Gertrude Sheller)
Raffenberger of Dixon, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest (Beatrice Drenner) Hawk and daughter Jena
of Princeton. Those unable to be present were: Miss Vivian Valentine of Chicago, Mrs.
Grace Speck of Sunnyside, Washington and Russell Royer of Lanark.
