(There is quite a bit of skepticism about whether he was actually a Rev. War soldier or whether he was anywhere near as old as he claimed. David Kennison is listed on the Fort Dearborn payroll registers as having been KIA in the Fort massacre on 15 Aug 1812. Burial Information at Find-A-Grave.com here
