A. J. McDermott, farmer; P. O., Astoria; was born in 1856 in
Fulton Co.; in 1878 he married Mary Crable, a daughter of Joseph
Crable, who was a native of Penn., and moved to this State in an early
day. They have 1 child, Della. Mr. McD. resides upon the old farm
homestead.
