Captain William Riley Gallian
Born May 1, 1840 Equality, Gallatin Co., Il.; died May 25, 1930 home in Garuthersville Mo. Served in the Civil War. In 1866 opened a mercantile store at Dale Il, postmaster to 1906. About 1912 moved with son J. J. Gallian to Poplar Bluff Mo. Married 4 times. Survived by widow Mrs. Evans Gallian, 2 sons and 1 daughter.

Mason Morris Garrison
Born December 31, 1854 near Garrison, died July 24, 1931, in home at Belle Prairie; son of Seman and Sylvester Barnes Garrison (see Hamilton Co. marriages # 604 Oct. 10, 1842.) Married Emmer J. Turner, September 11, 1883; 1 child Rosella, died. Married Mrs. Ida Lane Halley. Leaves widow; two brothers Thomas and Douglas, both of Aden; 2 step-daughters Mrs. A. W. Simpson of Belle Prairie and Mrs. E.R Maulding of McLeansboro. Interred at Crouch Cemetery.

Chris Geiger of Strawn, Lawrence Geiger of Farmer City, Mrs. Marie Mitchell of Dahlgren and Frank Geiger of Dahlgren Interred in Crouch Cemetery.
