infantry, to Oct. 22, 1918; Company B, 42nd Machine Gun Battalion, to discharge. Grades: Private 1st Class, Jan. 7, 1919; Sergeant, Jan. 17, 1919. Discharged at Camp Dodge, Iowa, on Feb. 11, 1919, as a Sergeant.
