Elizabeth
Mazella Edwards, 26, of Rosiclare, IL died on
Sunday, February 12, 2006, 3:30 p.m. at
Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN.
She was a deputy for the Hardin County
Sheriff's Department.
She
was a member of the Church of Christ, Route
146, Elizabethtown, and the Army Reserves.
Survivors
include her fiance', Nathan Moore and his son,
Lucas Moore of Rosiclare; her father, Allen
Wayne (Michelle) Edwards, Cave In Rock; her
mother, Nancie "Susie" (Ledbetter)
Edwards, Rosiclare; two sisters, Waynette
Edwards, Harrisburg and Shealean (Wayne)
Cullum, Rosiclare; two nieces, Kelsy Cullum,
Rosiclare and Bethany Bryant, Harrisburg; two
nephews, Kelby Cullum, Rosiclare and Aaron
Bryant, Harrisburg; several aunts, uncles and
cousins.
She
was preceded in death by brother, Stewart
Wayne Edwards; and grandparents, Clifford
"Buck" and Mary Edwards, Charley and
Pearl Ledbetter; and an uncle, Dean Edwards.
Visitation
was held on Wednesday evening at Cox Funeral
Home.
Services
will be held at 11:00 a.m. today (Thursday) at
the Hardin County K-12 School, Route 146,
Elizabethtown officiated by Bro. Jim Faughn,
Bro. Larry Harris and Bro. R.D. Parnell.
Burial will be in Peters Creek Cemetery with
full military rites. Local and state law
enforcement officers will honor their comrade
with their attendance.
