FORMER METROPOLIS LADY DIES
Was Member of Christian Church of This City

In a marked copy of the Sentinel, published at Rosiclare, Hardin Co., of last week’s issue, appears a funeral notice of the death of Josie A. Ferrell who died at the old Ferrell homestead near Elizabethtown, April 30. The deceased lived in this city for many years and was a sister of John Ferrell who resides here and has for many years past. She was a member of the Christian church of this city and will be remembered by many of her old friends and acquaintances here, who will be sorry to learn of her death. Deceased was born in Elizabethtown, Ill., Jan. 17, 1855. She leaves a large number of relatives.
