Helen Joyner

Services for Helen Gail Gross Joyner, 81, of Elizabethtown were held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 25, 2006 at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home.  Burial was in Cave Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Joyner died Friday, September 22, 2006 at her home.

She was a member of Mount Zion General Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Clifford V. "Pud" Joyner; a daughter, Candy Carr of Elizabethtown; three sons, Mike Joyner of Elizabethtown and Dale Joyner and Dane Joyner, both of Cave In Rock; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.  Her parents were James Wiley Gross and Effie Odessa Douglas Gross.
