John R. Oxford

John R. Oxford, of Romeoville, IL., died November 28, 2002.  He was born July 27, 1939, the son of Bernard and Gladys Oxford.

Preceding him in death were his parents, and a sister, Geraldine Yackle.

Survivors include Ermal Dailey, companion; two brothers, Roger Oxford of Cave In Rock, and Gary Oxford of Robinson, a sister, Brenda Wiseman of Metropolis, and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held December 1 at Gholson Funeral Home and burial was in Blooming Grove Cemetery McLeansboro, IL.
