He
was a devoted father, loving husband of our mother,
who adored his children and grandchildren. His life
was rich with family and friends. Any man can be a
father, but it takes a special man to be a dad. The
sound of his laughter will never be forgotten. His
smile was contagious and as familiar as the warm rays
of a summer sun. He lived his life with zest and
vigor. The memories he made are vivid and alive. There
is a part of our hearts where he lived that is now
empty. Although he is not there now, his lifetime of
commitment to all of us will live there forever. He
treasured all those around him and made them special.
This is his legacy and it will never be forgotten. We
now celebrate his life with love and thankfulness.
