Howard Smock

Services for James Howard Smock, 64, of Rosiclare were at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at Community Chapel of Golconda with the Rev. Robert Turner officiating.  Burial was in Empire Cemetery, Elizabethtown.

Mr. Smock died at 3:41 p.m. Saturday, October 14, 2006 at Hardin County General Hospital.

He was of the Pentecostal faith.

Surviving are his wife, Carol Smock; three sons, Jimmy Smock and David Smock, both of Rosiclare, and Johnny Smock of Paducah; one sister, Glenda Williams of Front Royal, VA; five grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother.  His parents were Glen Smock and Juanita Cullison Smock.

Cox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
