Morristown News
An elopement in this town last Sunday the 25th, created considerable excitement for some time. The parties were Pete Hafer and Belle Stamm. They went to Orion and were married there. Then proceeded west to Nebraska.

HANSON-MATTESON
Mr. W. E. Hanson and Miss Dulie Matteson were married at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.F. Matteson, Friday evening, June 10th at eight o'clock. The ceremony was performed by Rev. E. L. Kelley, pastor of the Baptist church, only relatives of the contracting parties being present. These young people are well known and highly esteemed by the people of Galva and vicinity, and the STANDARD unites with their many friends in wishing them a long and happy life.
