Randall, Albert, postmaster of East Cambridge, Henry Co., died last Wednesday at his residence there. He had lived there for 10 years. (From the Cambridge Chronicle of 16 Aug. 1867 as reported in the RI Argus, Friday, 16 Aug. 1867) Transcribed by K. Torp

Rice, Truman W., was killed in a fall while at work on the new mill at Geneseo, Henry Co., on Saturday. (RI Evening Argus, Friday, 27 Mar. 1868) Austin Rice was killed in an accident last Saturday at the new mill at Geneseo. He was aged 35y. He leaves a wife but no children. Also injured were Wright Kidder, John Roper, Geo. Turner and John Kerns. (RI Union, Monday, 23 Mar. 1868) Transcribed by K.Torp

RICH
The Geneseo Republic, Geneseo, Il., June 9, 1882
Mrs. D. Rich, an old and esteemed resident of Geneseo, died at 12:30 o'clock last Monday night, of apoplexy. She was in her ususal health Monday, the first symptoms of the attack appearing after 7 o'clock in the evening. Deceased was a native of Undercliff, Yorkshire, England, born June 3d, 1830. She came to America with her parents in 1841, and at Erie, PA., in 1847, she was married to Dexter Rich, her surviving husband. In 1855 they moved to Geneseo. She leaves three children, two daughters and one son. Funeral service was held at 10:30 am yesterday at Trinity church, Rev. Mr. Sparling officiating. Transcribed by K.Torp

Mrs. John Ristau died of puerperal fever last Saturday and was interred Sunday in the old cemetery.
