John Groves was a Danville caller on Monday.

Mrs. A. J. Decker is quite ill with lagrippe.

Mr. and Mrs. George Hay is on the sick list.

Edward Hamilton of Watseka had business in town on Monday.

Mrs. John Mitchell has been ill with lagrippe the last week.

The missionary society met with Mrs. Frank Shankland Tuesday.

Albert Meadendorp spent New Year's day with his parents at Gilman.

Mrs. Canady of Clifton visited a part of last week with her daughter, Mrs. William Sanders.

The Onarga basket ball team will play the Wellington boys Friday evening at the high school building.

Mrs. Henry Hanson left on an extended visit with her daughter Mrs. Anna Grotheob at Chicago.

Mrs. Belle Roe went the latter part of last week of Frankfort, Indiana, to see her daughter who is seriously ill.

Floyd Bethelford, who has been seriously ill with pneumonia is improving. He is under the care of a trained nurse.

Miss Holt the intermediate teacher sent in her resignation as teacher of the Wellington school. Miss Hazel Dell with finish the term.

Mers. Wm. Bessie, who has been assisting in the care of her mother, Mrs. Harriett Smith, returned to her home in Kimmel, Indiana, the first of the week.

Mr. and Mrs. John Eckersley and children returned to their home in Lapeer, Michigan, after a pleasant visit with Mrs. Eckersley's mother, Mrs. Sarah Keys, and other relatives.
