Estate of Samuel Washburn, Deceased. The Undersigned, Executrix of the Estate of Samuel Washburn, deceased, herby gives notice that she will appear before the County Court of Iroquois County, at the Court House in the City of Watseka in said Iroquois County in the State of Illinois, on the fifth Monday of the next January, 1916 Term, at nine o'clock a.m., the same being the 31st day of January 1916, to make final settlement of said estate and make application for discharge. Final report is now on file in said County Court and at siad hearing you may be present and resist such application if you choose so to do.        Jane A. Washburn, Executrix of said estate. Milford Man Leaves Widow $15,700 Estate
In a will filed Friday, Martin Henke of Milford, leaves an estate of fifteen thousand seven hundred dollars. The estate consists of $15,000 real estate and $700 personal propery. Mrs. Mary Henke is to receive all of the personal property and absolute use and control of all rents and profits from said real estate as long as she remains his widow.
After her death the real estate is bequeathed to nine of his children, the tenth child will not receive any of this as he has already been given his share by the father during his lifetime. The wife, Mrs. Mary Henke, will serve as executrix.
